Steps required for obtaining Permanent residency through Quebec Investor program

 

 

To qualify under the Immigrant Investor Program, you must meet the following government eligibility requirements:

 

·         You have worldwide net assets of at least $CAN 800,000

·         You have a minimum of three years of managerial experience

·         You undertake to make a passive investment of $CAN400, 000 for a five-year term with government of Quebec or pay $CAN 125,000 for the five-year term interest so an eligible financial institution undertake the investment on your behalf

How to start the application Process

·         Get an appointment with our lawyer in Iran (please note that the initial consultation is free of charge)

·         If you qualify for the investor program you must submit all required document, government application fees and 2500$ USD to lawyer(also 2500$ USD is payable to lawyer after you receive your acceptance from government of Quebec

·         You must attend an interview in Syria or Canada within 6-9 months of the time the application process have started(Note that all steps to get the interview is done by our lawyer and he will guide you through the interview)

·         After obtaining the admission to the program ,applicants within three months  must make a passive investment of $CAN400, 000 for a five-year term with government of Quebec or pay $CAN 125,000 for the five-year term interest so an eligible financial institution undertake the investment on your behalf

·         After undertaking the investment obligation, the permanent residency of Canada would be issued in 6-9 months
